These Terms & Conditions take effect the moment you complete the account-opening process at msk8.pro. By proceeding past the registration screen, you confirm that you have read and accepted every clause currently published on this page.

Every deposit and withdrawal processed through Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost dan FPX is governed by the payment clause in these terms. Those transactions are also subject to each provider's own user agreement, which you accept separately with that provider.

The legal counterparty is the entity operating msk8, as identified in the Terms & Conditions document currently published at msk8.pro/terms-conditions/. The full registered name and jurisdiction are stated there and updated whenever our corporate structure changes.

Prohibited conduct includes operating more than one account, using automated scripts to interact with the lobby, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, and providing false identity documents. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds under the relevant clause.
